Admiral Codrington Review

The Admiral Codrington from the outside is an unpretentious Chelsea boozer (known locally as 'The cod') and looks like just another drinkers' hangout, but it conceals a few additional treats. Out front is a rumbustious bar with real ales on draught and a short menu of upmarket pub grub including chicken Caesar salad, minute steak with frites and eggs Benedict.

At the back is a long, bright and cheerful dining room with a sliding glass roof to let in those much-needed sunbeams and piscatorial prints on the walls.
