Mike Mercer has run The Albion Inn for nearly 40 years and today its reputation stands it on parade alongside Cheshire's great food heroes.

No nonsense British food is order of the day so expect anything from boiled gammon and pease pudding served with parsley sauce to Mc Conickies corned beef hash served with pickled red cabbage.
