A sexy basement just off Buchanan Street and its retail therapy hordes, Amarone is a smart, sleek good-looker, with high-level stained glass windows, arty monochrome photos on the walls, staff in red-wine coloured uniforms and cool jazz playing in the background. It's all very Milan, but this is central Glasgow.
