Mark and Sophie Dorber are the enthusiastic, knowledgeable and incredibly laid-back duo behind the re-born Anchor at Walberswick and they have turned it into something quite special. Mark made his name as 'beer guru' at the platinum-standard White Horse in Parsons Green, London SW6 and his crusading enthusiasm for food and drink points up everything that goes on here - and that includes a new 'beer academy'.
The wine list is a fascinating collection from Adnams (just across the water in Southwold) and it's peppered with organic and biodynamic representatives.
