Aspleys at The Lanesborough is Heinz Becks first restaurant outside Italy where he is the holder of three Michelin stars for his restaurant La Pergola in Rome. Old-school luxury on a grand scale is the deal at the prestigious Lanesborough - a world-class hotel occupying the shell of the old St George's Hospital by Hyde Park Corner.

In the wake of a lavish makeover, the Conservatory restaurant has transformed itself into Apsleys - named after the Duke of Wellington's residence across the road at Number 1 London.
