Chef Yavor Kostadinov works to a modern repertoire that encompasses well-tried favourites such as grilled Dover sole and tournedos Rossini as well as more contemporary ideas along the lines of scallops with crab and truffle linguine and sweet chilli sauce or seared brill with langoustine and seafood minestrone and sauté leeks.
