The Artillery Tower Review

One of the oldest military towers in Plymouth (dating back to the sixteenth century) is the unlikely setting for Peter and Debbie Constable's popular restaurant. Built as a 'defender of the realm' on the waterfront close to Drake's Island, it now serves a very different purpose.

The kitchen follows the season and buys locally for an ever-changing repertoire of dishes with a European slant.
