Aruba Bar & Restaurant Review

A riotous tropical extravaganza on the first floor of Bournemouth's Pier Approach building, Aruba is the brainchild of local entrepreneur Andy Price (of WestBeach fame). It's directly accessible from the beach and boasts the largest single dining area on the south coast, plus a state-of-the-art, zinc-topped 'island bar' flanked by palm trees and other exotica.

Racy, eclectic food with fusion overtones is the kitchen's business, and the output includes a mix of grills, salads, pasta, pizzas and more besides.
