Part of the Brunswick Centre development nestling between Coram's Fields and Russell Square, Balfour is that refreshing rarity in the West End - a genuine, independently run Italian restaurant dealing in honest seasonal food at far-from-rip off prices.

Inside, it's equally unostentatious - bare wood tables, a few black and white photos of Marchmont Street in the old days, some pretty tiling and a smiling relaxed team out front.
