Jamie Oliver and American barbecue chef Adam Perry Lang have drawn on traditional cooking techniques from Britain and beyond to create Barbecoa restaurant - a celebration of the relationship between fire and food. Expect to start with the like of charred hot wings, baby back ribs or crispy pig cheeks followed by a bone-in strip steak, a lamb leg steak or a daily market choice of fish or game.
Barbecoa has its own butchers shop next to the restaurant selling quality British meat, poultry and game.
