Situated on the Royal Mile close to Edinburgh Castle and the shops of Princes Street, this luxurious hotel caters admirably for business visitors and the hordes of tourists that descend annually on the city.

The comfortable Bridge Restaurant offers a wide-ranging, brasserie-style menu that doesn't try to be cutting edge. Instead, expect sound cooking of favourites including steamed mussels with lemongrass and cream, baked salmon with watercress cappuccino and roulade of chicken filled with local haggis and whisky cream sauce.
