The Bath Priory Review

One of the city's most iconic hotels, the Bath Priory stands behind high walls in a residential area a few minutes' drive from the centre of town. It oozes country house elegance, with its Gothic-style Bath-stone exterior, tranquil grounds and gardens (looked after by a trained horticulturist), and superb antique interiors.

True to form, the restaurant is lush intimacy personified, with its high ceilings, garden views, deep burgundy and gold furnishings.
