New to Farnham, Bistro 27 is within The Bishop's Table Hotel which was once the residence of the Bishop of Winchester, a well-preserved Georgian townhouse in the centre of Farnham and a hotel that is equally suited to business trips and restful weekends. Following a number of changes, the Bishop's Table now sports this brand new Bistro with a new chef, Gavin Young and a lively modern menu of French Bistro and Modern European dishes.

Gavin is former South West Chef of the Year and received top class training from the highly acclaimed Michael Caines at Gidleigh Park (2 Michelin Stars).
