Very little seems to change at Nick and Lynne Reed's modest restaurant just outside the town. Theirs is a modest enterprise with a handful of tables and Nick holding sway in the kitchen - just as he always has done.

He knows his customers and their preferences, and he follows a well-tried path, delivering sound French-inspired cooking without risks.
