The Blue Ball Restaurant Review

Opened by an Irish conjuror in 1773 as a playhouse called the Blue Ball Inn, this historic building stands just within the boundary walls of Pembroke's ancient castle. It has seen many famous faces and changes over the centuries, and has recently taken on a new lease of life.

Debbie Neale and Melanie Fairman cheffed their way through several of the region's top gastronomic destinations before teaming up in 2005 to create this casual bistro-style restaurant.
