Boar's Head Hotel Review

Part-and-parcel of the Ripley Estate, which takes in the nearby castle and the village itself, the Boar's Head is judiciously overseen by its hereditary 'landlords' Sir Thomas and Lady Ingilby. The inn (an Elizabethan hostelry) was rebuilt from scratch during the 1830s and now incorporates a bar, bistro, restaurant and accommodation.
