Brooklands Grange Review

Originally a sixteenth-century Jacobean farmhouse, Brooklands Grange now does duty mainly as a privately run business and conference hotel situated a short drive from the motorway and Coventry city centre. The interior has been sympathetically refurbished to meld its original features with all today's mod cons.

Formal meals are served in the smartly elegant, candlelit dining room and the bright, airy conservatory extension, and the kitchen focuses on mainstream international dishes ranging from deep-fried Camembert to steak and chips, with a few more contemporary ideas added to the mix.
