The Dorchester Collection's 45 Park Lane opened in September 2011 in exclusive Mayfair on the former site of the Playboy club and is home to Wolfgang Puck's first venture in Europe called CUT. Located on the ground floor of the hotel, with luxurious and contemporary interiors by New York based designer Thierry Despont, featuring 16 Damien Hirst's limited-edition Psalms series displayed for the first time, CUT impresses with its stunning good looks.

CUT at 45 Park lane is the sibling to three other award winning branches located in Beverly Hills, Las Vegas and Singapore, but the Mayfair outpost will be the first to offer a breakfast and lunch menu showcasing Puck's twist on American classics.
