The Scottish member of the Café Mao mini-chain has been doing its thing in the regenerated Merchant City for more than five years: its aim is to provide Glasgow with a shot of accessible fusion food combined with fashionable minimalist design. Like its siblings, this animated place hits the button with a kaleidoscopic assortment pan-Asian dishes drawn from all quarters of the Far East.
