Towering above Glasgow city centre, the magnificent polished-granite and mirrored-glass Hilton has become something of a local landmark over the years. Not surprisingly, superb views are one of its assets.

Camerons Restaurant is the smart, formal destination for fine dining within the hotel, and it's decked out in elegant, colonial style with chandeliers, a fine fireplace and gilt-framed mirrors.

The kitchen serves contemporary European cuisine based around prime Scottish produce.
