Carters is a smart modern British restaurant located amongst a small parade of shops in residential Moseley, just 2 miles outside the city centre of Birmingham. The long dining room with modern wood flooring has a sleek décor, with black leather banquettes and dark wood tables set against warm peach walls and an open-plan kitchen at the back of the restaurant.

Carters of Moseley is owned by Brad Carter who mans the stoves and Holly Jackson who looks after front of house.
