Cassons at Tangmere is handily placed for Goodwood, Fontwell and also the Chichester Theatre, this charming restaurant is a valuable asset to the area, thanks to the care and dedication of owners Viv and 'Cass' Casson. Viv learned her culinary skills at 36 on the Quay, Emsworth, then ran a place in France before bringing it all back to Sussex.
