Castleman is principally a restaurant with bedrooms serving dinner every evening and lunch on Sundays. A charming dining room with soft yellow walls, indigo curtains, white table linen and large windows overlooking the garden to the fields beyond.
Chefs Barbara Garnsworthy and Richard Morris cook varied, seasonal menus with the emphasis on enjoyment rather than fashion while front of house, Edward Bourke and Brendan Garnsworthy offer friendly, relaxed and professional service.
