The Oscar Restaurant and Bar is set in the elegant Charlotte Street Hotel, deep in media-land just north of Soho, this cool hotel has been cleverly designed with echoes of the 'Bloomsbury Group' in mind and lots of vivid original art by local artists of the period. The Oscar restaurant at street level is a frenetic, colourful space with stained glass lanterns, striped seating and a vast mural depicting 'scenes of contemporary London life'.

Diners can watch chefs at work in the open-plan kitchen, creating a broad range of contemporary brasserie-style dishes with French and Mediterranean overtones.
