Chelsea Brasserie Review

The revamped Sloane Square Hotel is now home to the Chelsea Brasserie, yet another contender in the currently in-vogue 'bistro de luxe' stakes. Eric Garnier – the man behind Racine on nearby Brompton Road – has created a capacious all-day venue that seeks to emulate the style of grand Parisian brasseries with parquet floors, a seafood counter, antique mirrors on bare brick walls and dangling green glass lampshades.

Simon Henbery who previously worked at Jamie Oliver's Fifteen restaurant has taken over the reins of the kitchen with a menu dedicated to the seasonality of ingredients, serving exciting creative flavours in his menus using the finest local and regional produce.
