Following a campaign to 'Bring Back the Shack', this iconic '90s destination has been re-born just a stroll from its original site - and it's delivering the goods. Many of founder Bob Payton's cute original touches are still to be seen - the revolving door, the collection of pigs, the 'Bone Appetite' bibs - although the place has also some new aces up its sleeve.
This diner is all about American BBQ food, and raw materials are impeccably sourced - pork and chicken is prime stuff from English free-range farms including Helen Browning's Eastbrook Farm in Wiltshire, while organic steaks come from Hampshire.
