The Coachman Inn Review

Built in 1776, this imposing listed inn was the last staging post before Scarborough for the York mail coach in days gone by. It is still in the hospitality business, and current incumbents the Osborne family continue to offer travellers sustenance and accommodation.

Inside, there's a traditional flagstoned bar with hunting memorabilia and an open fire, as well as a gracious, elegantly appointed dining room.
