The Cock O' Barton Review

The legendary Cock O'Barton has been welcoming travellers since the fourteenth century and has recently taken on a new lease of life - thanks to chef Robert Kisby. Having hit the gastronomic heights at the Turnberry Hotel and - most recently - the swanky Le Mont restaurant in Manchester, he is now applying his talents to something quite different here.

Kisby is a fervent supporter of local produce and he name-checks just about every source and supplier on his fascinating menus.
