Nick Priestland is host, chef and gardener at this impressive Victorian villa set in four-acres of Pre-Raphaelite-style grounds close to Dylan Thomas's home patch. It's a magical setting and the décor inside is all antique furnishings, abstract oil paintings and gilt mirrors.
