Cotto is a gem of a neighbourhood bistro that opened in 2007, tucked away on a noisy stretch of Cambridge's East Road, it operates as an all day dining venue, bakery and fine dining restaurant. The dining room with its displays of fresh flowers is located on the first floor and features wood chairs and tables, simply set with stylish cutlery and in the evening soft flickering candles.
Head chef is Hans Schweitzer who after training at the prestigious Munich Hotel School in Germany, gained the title of Maitre de Cuisine at the age of 25.
