An enviable position by the banks of the River Conwy on the outskirts of Betwys y Coed (not far from Waterloo Bridge), Craig-y-Dderwen is approached via a long driveway that meanders through the hotel's 16 acres of beautiful grounds and gardens. All around are breathtaking views of the wooded slopes of the Conwy Valley.

The formal Riverside Restaurant naturally overlooks the water, and it makes an elegant setting for food with a strong local accent (much comes from the hotel's own kitchen garden).
