One of Yorkshire's grandest country houses and a bastion of stately Edwardian opulence, Crathorne Hall stands proudly in 15 acres of immaculate grounds overlooking the Leven Valley and the Cleveland Hills. Old-world formality is the order of the day in the Leven Restaurant, with its wood panelling, amazing prints and logs blazing in the ornate carved stone fireplace.

The kitchen delivers modern Anglo-French cooking based on carefully sourced produce (fish is from Hartlepool, game is from the moors and meat is reared locally).
