Dunbar's atmospheric harbour is just a stone's throw from this friendly neighbourhood restaurant owned and run by chef/proprietor Logan Thorburn, and the kitchen naturally makes good use of the catch from local fishing boat 'Homarus' for many of its dishes.
Thorburn's training with Rick Stein and Michelin-starred John Campbell at the Vineyard, Stockcross shows in his attitude to freshness and locality, and he puts great store by his trusted suppliers.
