Creelers in Edinburgh Review

The Edinburgh sibling of Tim and Fran James' enterprise on the Isle of Arran, Creelers occupies a fine stone-fronted building just off the Royal Mile. Inside it has been given a suitably maritime look, with blue and green colour schemes and island landscapes by Scottish artists.

As you might guess from the name, seafood is the main business: much of it is caught on the West Coast using traditional creels, and the output of the owners' smokehouse is also used to good effect.
