Creelers of Arran Review

Set up by Tim and Fran James, who also run the adjoining smokehouse and shop, Creelers occupies the old farm 'bothy' attached to Brodick Castle Estate. It has established a fine reputation since opening in 1990 and continues to draw visitors from near and far.

As you might guess from the name, seafood is the main business: much of it is caught locally using traditional creels and the output of the smokehouse is also used to good effect.
