Dabbous a short walk from Goodge Street tube in the heart of Fitzrovia is the first restaurant from Ollie Dabbus, the former head chef of Michelin starred Texture. It is a joint venture with mixologist Oskar Kinberg the former manager of the Cuckoo Club. The venue is spread over two floors with an industrial urban vibe featuring exposed brickwork, sheet metal and copper pipes, with natural woods and candlelight offering some warmth to the proceedings.
Ollie's product driven menu focuses on modern dishes allowing the quality of the impeccable seasonal ingredients to shine through.
