Daniel's Review

Look for the yellow sign and the chalkboard outside to find Daniel's – a long-serving contemporary bistro facing the majestic Scottish Executive Building and close to the Ocean Terminal. It's a place famed for its vitality, friendliness and robust French food, which has strong echoes of the Alsace.

As a pre-starter, it's worth ordering and sharing Daniel's 'tarte flambée' (an Alsatian tart of sliced onions and bacon lardons with a baked savoury fromage frais base).
