The Dartmouth Apprentice, sister restaurant to the successful Hoxton Apprentice in North London opened in July 2008 set in the magnificent former church of St Barnabas next to the river Dart. It functions as a training restaurant for the disadvantaged, gearing them up for jobs in all parts of the hospitality industry.
