A short walk under the tracks of London Bridge and you come upon Defina on Bermondsey Street, a haven away from the bustle of Tooley Street. The restaurant welcomes with space to breathe, and customers dine surrounded by larger-than-life paintings from a gallery just along the road.

The menu which looks towards locally sourced and seasonal ingredients changes every fortnight and it throws up an eclectic mix of dishes inspired by British and European classics, bringing to life simple components to create delicious fare.
