The Devonshire Fell Review
Originally built as a club for 'gentlemen mill owners', this colourful boutique hotel and bistro stands high on a hill overlooking the River Wharfe and the Dales. It now belongs to the same stable as the Devonshire Arms, Bolton Abbey and other prestigious venues, and has been attractively revamped in bold contemporary style.
Light meals are served in the bar, and more serious stuff is on offer in the conservatory dining room overlooking the superbly landscaped grounds.
