Galician-born Juan Dionisio Blanco brings a taste of Spain to Edinburgh with this exciting restaurant, deli and wine shop in the Cannonmills district of the city. Seafood is his passion and - having spent years organising the export of Scottish-caught fish to his homeland - he decided it was time to reverse the trend.
