The Dogs Review
David Ramsden is a well-known player on the Edinburgh restaurant scene, and following the demise of fitz(Henry) and Rogue he set about looking for a possible new gastropub venture. The result is The Dogs - housed in a fine-looking Georgian terraced house that used to be home to the Edinburgh Wine Bar.
Inside, it still boasts wonderfully atmospheric decor, including a grand staircase, lofty ceilings and other historic details.
