Celeb chef Simon Rimmer (best known for Greens vegetarian restaurant in West Didsbury) now has a second venue under his belt. He recently teamed up with former Ireland and Tranmere Rovers footballer Jason McAteer to open Earle in the Cheshire town of Hale.

The interior comprises a stylish, split-level dining room, which has been kitted out in understated contemporary style with exposed brickwork, mirrors and a spiral staircase.
