Edmunds Restaurant Review
Edmunds Restaurant in Birmingham has a brasserie-style setting with a cream décor, elegant fittings and big windows looking out onto Brindleyplace. Following the departure of chef Andy Waters who made his name at Michelin-starred Edmunds at Henley-in-Arden, Didier Philipot is now manning the stoves having previously worked at Brockencote Hall in Worcestershire, as well as being chef patron of his own restaurant La Toque d'Or in the Jewellery Quarter.
