Pizzas, pasta dishes and a selection of tapas supplement the main menu, which might take in pan-fried garlic mushrooms, fillet of Manx lamb on a bed of mash with rosemary jus and red currant jelly or lime-marinated local sea bass orange and pink grapefruit.
