Turn off Lymington's bustling high street and look for the dark blue front door that marks out John and Debbie Egan's informal, bistro-style restaurant. Big bold colours give a sunny Mediterranean feel to the dining room and the atmosphere is thoroughly congenial.

John Egan puts his faith in sound local ingredients and fish is really the thing to go for.
