In the two years since it opened in fashionable Westbourne Grove, El Pirata de Tapas has become a must-try restaurant in London's emerging Iberian scene and it attracts a cosmopolitan crowd who enjoy traditional Spanish cuisine in an enchanting neighbourhood ambience.
