Unique among Northamptonshire hotels, Fawsley Hall is a magnificent country house in the grand style. Dating from Tudor times, it was originally home to the Knightley family and played host to Good Queen Bess during Elizabethan times. It stands in 200 acres of lush parkland just south of Daventry, and has seen centuries of gracious living during its time.

Following the arrival of new chef Nigel Godwin, the old Knightleys restaurant has been replaced by Equilibrium.
