'Eat, Drink, Sleep' is the motto of this stylish country pub/restaurant-with-rooms, once a working hill farm in the wilds between the Black Mountains and the Brecon Beacons. These days it pulls in an eager crowd, who are happy to appreciate everything it has to offer.

With the departure of previous Head Chef Ricardo Van Ede, Sous Chef Simon Potter who has been working here since August 2007 has been promoted to take his place.
