The kitchen serves up an appealing menu of dishes based around Scottish produce - witness haggis parcels with butternut squash, baked fillet of halibut and prime steaks with hand-cut chips and a choice of sauces - all followed by comforting desserts such as rhubarb and ginger crumble.
